Osman Chapas

Osman Chapas currently serves as a Legislative Assistant for the 33rd District in the State of New Jersey, a position held since November 2016, where responsibilities include organizing events for state officials, advocating for constituents' concerns regarding legislation, collaborating with affiliate leaders for long-term strategic planning, managing time-sensitive government reports, and drafting resolutions and proclamations. Previously, Osman worked as a City Hall Office Assistant in Union City, NJ, from June 2010 to August 2013, handling data retrieval for reports and managing financial processes. Osman holds a Master of Science in Accounting obtained from Seton Hall University in 2017 and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution, earned in 2015.
