About State of Nirvana

At State of Nirvana, we believe in the power of wellness to transform both the body and mind. Our mobile wellness services are designed to bring the benefits of contrast therapy, saunas, ice baths, yoga, and breathwork directly to you—whether at your business, gym, or home. We specialize in creating tailored wellness experiences that help individuals and teams reduce stress, improve mental clarity, enhance recovery, and foster overall well-being.

Founded with the vision of making holistic wellness accessible and convenient, we initially operated from the Beach Bar in Carrum before transitioning to a fully mobile service. This shift has allowed us to expand our reach and offer custom wellness experiences that meet the unique needs of businesses, gyms, sports teams, and individuals.

Our services are grounded in the belief that wellness isn’t just for athletes or the super-fit; it’s for everyone looking to improve their mental and physical health. Whether you're seeking to optimize your recovery, reset your mind, or create a healthier workplace, we craft wellness solutions that fit your lifestyle.

From yoga and breathwork sessions to ice baths and saunas, our programs are designed to help you and your team thrive. We are proud to have worked with a range of local businesses and organizations, providing impactful wellness experiences that enhance team dynamics, reduce burnout, and support mental health.

Let us bring the healing power of wellness to your doorstep. Welcome to State of Nirvana, where wellness is always on the move.
