Katherine Vanhoose

Katherine Vanhoose has extensive experience in human resources, technology support, and customer service across various organizations. Currently serving as Applications and Reporting BTA for the State of Ohio since October 2011, Katherine specializes in PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management, Human Capital Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Previous roles include OAKS Help Desk contractor at Proteam Solutions, Tier 2 Tech during the WaMu Chase Conversion at JP Morgan Chase, and various positions at Sam's Club, including Cashier and Check Out Supervisor. Katherine’s career also includes significant roles at Valvoline, where duties ranged from office assistance to customer service. Katherine holds a high school diploma from Hazel Green Academy.
