Vickie Sines

Vickie Sines has extensive experience in Human Capital Management and IT project management, with a career at the State of Ohio spanning from 2000 to the present. Since May 2005, Vickie Sines has served as the PeopleSoft HCM Service Owner and IT Project Manager, managing projects related to the PeopleSoft HCM module and leading the state test for a PeopleTools upgrade. Prior to this role, Vickie Sines was the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Configuration Manager, acting as the Benefits Functional Lead during the PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade and overseeing a functional team dedicated to operational support and system enhancements.
