Amanda Rudd

Amanda Rudd is an experienced Operations and Policy Analyst 3 for the TANF Program at the State of Oregon since April 2013, focusing on policy analysis, public policy design and implementation, and coordination with external partners. Prior roles include serving as a Human Services Case Manager and Human Services Specialist 3 with the American Red Cross, where duties involved eligibility assessments and client services coordination. Amanda also contributed to community service through positions with AmeriCorps and held various roles at Utah State University as a Service Learning Fellow and Interactive Broadcast Facilitator. Amanda holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Science and Arts and Letters from Portland State University.
