Jennifer Peet

Jennifer Peet is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in legal compliance, data privacy, and corporate governance. From May 2021 to March 2023, Jennifer served as Senior Associate General Counsel at Cambia Health Solutions, following the role of Associate General Counsel where legal counsel was provided to Echo Health Ventures. Jennifer also holds leadership roles as Chair and Member of the Oregon Growth Board, appointed to promote economic growth in Oregon through venture and early-stage investments. Previous positions include Investment Counsel and Corporate Governance Director at the Oregon State Treasury, where advisory services were offered for a $118 billion portfolio, and Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Oregon Department of Justice, focusing on investment management and governance. Early career experience includes serving as an Attorney at Foster Pepper, advising public pension fund clients on various legal matters. Jennifer Peet holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Political Science from Miami University.
