Leslie Clement

Leslie Clement has extensive experience in health policy and Medicaid administration, currently serving as the Director of Health Policy & Analytics at the Oregon Health Authority since February 2012. Responsibilities include staffing the Governor's Health Policy Board and overseeing various policy offices and benefit boards. Previous roles include Medicaid Alignment Director at the Oregon Health Authority, where Leslie focused on Medicaid readiness for the 2014 expansion, and State Medicaid Director in Idaho, leading policy and administration for the Medicaid program. Leslie's career began as a consultant in health and social services from 1990 to 1999. Education includes a Master of Public Administration in Health Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of Wooster.
