Michael Calhoun

Governor's Salmon Trout Enhancement Program at State of Oregon

Michael Calhoun serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Columbia Soil and Water Conservation District, a position held since April 2021 following an election by Columbia County voters. Calhoun also functions as the Associate Director for Columbia County Zone 2, assisting the community in sustaining local natural resources. In December 2023, Calhoun was appointed to the Governor's Salmon Trout Enhancement Program, where responsibilities include reviewing policies of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
