Michelle Summers

Michelle Summers has extensive experience in technology management and delivery, currently serving as the X86 Windows Computing Manager and M365 Technical Delivery Manager at the State of Oregon since February 2013, with prior roles including Windows Computing Manager and DAS/ETS Customer Relationship Manager. Michelle briefly held the position of Interim Chief Information Officer at the Oregon State Police in 2019. Additionally, leadership roles at the National Association of State Technology Directors included West Region President and Vice President from September 2015 to August 2017. Earlier career experiences featured positions as an Account Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and an IT Project Manager at EDS, an HP Company. Michelle's foundational career began as a Network and Server Administrator at a Non-Profit organization after obtaining education at Chemeketa Community College from 1993 to 1995.
