Nadja Gulley

Nadja Gulley, MS, SPHR, currently serves as the State Labor Relations Manager for the State of Oregon since April 2021. Prior to this role, Nadja was the Human Resources Manager at Nitto Inc. from June 2018 to April 2021 and worked as a Labor Relations Professional at Hallcon Corporation from July 2015 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant at Express Scripts and the University of Kansas Medical Center. Nadja's career began as an HR/Labor Relations Business Analyst at Hostess Brands, with foundational roles at Scoular Grain Company and Ford, Henley, Winans & Hodgkinson CPAs LLC. Nadja holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Relations, Business, and Technical Writing, both from the New York Institute of Technology.
