Robbie Quinn, CEM, MEP, serves as the Vice President of the Oregon Emergency Management Association (OEMA) since October 2019, where responsibilities include chairing the Conference Committee and Strategic Planning Committee, and collaborating with the OEMA President on association goals. Additionally, Robbie holds the position of State Exercise Officer for the State of Oregon and previously chaired the Emergency Operations Center Training & Exercise Subcommittee for the Regional Disaster Preparedness Organization. Robbie's experience spans several roles in emergency management, including Training and Exercise Specialist at Multnomah County and Domestic Security Planner for the State of Indiana. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology from Ball State University, Robbie has built a comprehensive career in managing emergency planning, coordinating training initiatives, and enhancing preparedness strategies.
