Terrence Woods

Terrence Woods has a robust background in information technology and organizational leadership, with significant experience across various leadership roles in state government and the private sector. Woods served as the State Chief Information Officer and Deputy State Chief Information Officer for the State of Oregon from December 2015 to April 2018. Prior to this, Woods held the position of Chief Information Officer & Administrative Services Administrator at the Oregon Department of Revenue and has also worked as the Director of Information Technology at the Oregon Health Authority. Earlier career experiences include serving in multiple capacities at the Oregon Department of Human Services and Safeco Insurance, with a focus on customer support and technology management. Woods holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from Portland State University.
