Joe Campbell

Joe Campbell currently serves as the IT Implementation Manager for the State of South Dakota since March 2023. Previously, Joe held various senior roles at Wells Fargo from June 2000 to November 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Technology Business Services Consultant. In this role, Joe managed the Governance and Oversight of the Enterprise Endpoint Lifecycle Program, driving improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Joe's contributions included mobilizing cross-functional teams to recover abandoned endpoints, resulting in significant cost avoidance and risk reduction. Joe's career also includes positions as AVP - Technical Project Manager and Technical Project Manager, along with earlier roles as Business Systems Consultant, Project Manager, and Technical Services Analyst. Joe completed a degree at Northern State University from 1993 to 1998.
