MacKenzie Decker

She is currently the Director of Policy in the Office of Governor Kristi Noem, overseeing areas such as workforce, regulation, travel, tribal relations, and economic development. Mackenzie has a background in interior design and has pursued higher education, obtaining a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership. She has a strong track record in developing strategies, managing teams, and implementing creative solutions to support workforce programs and agency-wide efforts.
