Alan Fuller

Alan Fuller currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the State of Utah since March 2021. Prior to this role, Alan held significant positions at Oracle, including Senior Director of Business Intelligence where leadership of a multi-national development team resulted in the successful delivery of data warehousing and reporting systems. Alan also excelled as Director of Product Management, notably increasing annual product revenue to over $300 million. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of IT Applications at Siebel Systems, where Alan managed the global deployment of Siebel Analytics, and as Research Analyst for the National Association of Securities Dealers, applying advanced statistical analysis. Alan’s career began in software testing at IBM Educational Systems and included strategic roles in government affairs at Evergreen International Airlines. Alan holds an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
