Mark Casper

Mark Casper currently serves as the Information Technology Manager for the State of Utah, leading a team that addresses the technology needs of the Department of Health and managing non-medicaid technology solutions since 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Convergys for two decades, culminating as Sr Manager of Applications & Technology Solutions, where strategic direction and application lifecycle management were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Director for Mountain States Mortgage Company, overseeing IT department budgets and projects, and implementing network infrastructure. Mark holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, a CNE certification, and a BS in Biology with a focus on Cell Physiology and Biochemistry from the University of Utah.
