Mark Strebel

Mark Strebel is an accomplished financial management professional with extensive experience in the State of Utah, currently serving as Financial Manager II since March 2020 and as Administrative Services Director for Juvenile Justice Services since February 2019. With a background in financial management at the Utah Department of Human Services since May 2005, Mark has demonstrated expertise in producing reliable financial forecasts for a sizable organization with an $85 million budget. Previous roles include Financial Manager I at the State of Utah Information Technology Services and Internal Auditor at Continental Bank. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
