Scott Roudabush

Scott Roudabush has extensive experience in service delivery systems for individuals with disabilities, serving as Quality Manager for the State of Utah since January 2000. In addition to this role, Scott has held the position of Program Administrator II/Unit Director at the Division of Services for People with Disabilities and Utah State Developmental Center since 2007, with prior roles including Community Living Specialist and Qualified Mental Retardation Professional. Scott's early career included serving as Program Director at Danville Services Corp, focusing on caregiver management and facilities oversight. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Utah and an Associate's degree in General Education from Utah Valley University.
