Weslie Porter

Weslie Porter, MPA, serves as the Director of People Analytics and Research, Director of Culture and Engagement, and Director of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Accelerator for the State of Utah since October 2021, focusing on advancing EDI initiatives within state government. Additionally, Weslie is an Advisory Council Member for Utah State University Extension, providing support for community partnerships and development projects. As Co-Founder and Chairperson of the Uintah Basin Area Veterans Association Non-Profit and a Founding Board Member of Dreams in Motion Non-Profit, Weslie actively contributes to community initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Business and Trades at Uintah Basin Technical College and various positions in the Army National Guard, where responsibilities included project management and training oversight. Weslie holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Southern Utah University.
