David Ding, Ph.D. MBA, currently serves as an Economist for the State of Washington, where responsibilities include managing econometric forecast models to project vehicle-related revenues and analyzing motor vehicle registrations and licenses. With a background in economic and fiscal analysis, David has supported policy development and conducted economic impact analyses through various roles, including as an Adjunct Professor at Central Washington University and Saint Martin's University. David has previous experience as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist at Legend Brands, where global sourcing and supply chain management were key focuses, as well as serving as a Financial Analyst at WL Group and a Consultant for the World Bank, where economic analysis projects were completed for the South Asia and East Asia Units.
