Mary Fliss

Mary Fliss, MHA, CHE, PMP, currently serves as the Deputy Program Director for One Washington at the State of Washington, where responsibilities include supporting the implementation of a new ERP solution. Prior to this role, Mary was the Deputy in Clinical Strategy and Operations at the Washington State Health Care Authority, focusing on policies and strategies to enhance clinical care quality. Mary also has experience as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington School of Public Health, a Deputy Director of the Public Employees Benefit Division, and Vice President at Good Samaritan Community Healthcare. Early in their career, Mary functioned as a Provider Contracts Negotiator at the University of California, San Francisco. Mary earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University.
