Renee Kemp

Renee Kemp is an experienced employment and training professional with a strong background in workforce development and youth programs. Currently serving as the Lead Employment & Training Specialist for the State of Wisconsin since November 2016, Renee previously held positions as Senior Program Coordinator at WOW Workforce Development, Inc., where responsibilities included utilizing the YouthBuild program to assist unemployed and out-of-school young people. Prior experience includes managing teams and providing career guidance as WIA Program Manager at Dynamic Workforce Solutions, coordinating youth programs as Youth Coordinator at Kaiser Group Inc., and serving in various roles at Ledger Bank, culminating as Lobby Manager/Lending. Renee has a notable commitment to enhancing employability skills among at-risk youth and has successfully led multiple initiatives to foster educational and career development.
