Elshan Haziyev

Elshan Haziyev is an experienced professional in the field of real estate investment and management, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Elshan has developed a robust career within the same organization, progressing from Real Estate Portfolio Manager and Senior Associate to Real Estate Associate. Prior experience includes roles as an Internal Auditor at APIK Group of Companies and audit positions at EY, where responsibilities included Audit Advanced Staff and Assurance Staff. Elshan's academic background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from ASEU.
