Paul Gessing

Paul Gessing serves as the President of the Rio Grande Foundation since March 2006 and has been a colleague at the State Policy Network since 2006. Prior to these roles, Paul was the Director of Government Affairs at the National Taxpayers Union from 1999 to 2006. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, earned between 2003 and 2005, and completed education at Archbishop Moeller High School.
