Before this role, Ian held the position of Assistant Vice President and Credit Manager at Northwestern Bank until its acquisition by Chemical Bank in November 2014. Ian's earlier career includes a role as a Credit Analyst at Banco Popular North America and a decade-long tenure as a Relationship Manager for Small Business and Commercial Lending at Commonwealth Bank.
