James Davis has over two decades of experience in structural design and drafting, currently serving as a Structural Designer and Database Administrator at State Service since April 2002. Prior to this role, James worked as a Draftsman at Gulf Marine Fabricators from 2001 to 2002, and at BHP Engineering & Construction, L.P. from 1999 to 2001. James studied at Del Mar College from 1998 to 2000 and completed education at Rockport-Fulton High School.
