In 2008, they joined Delta Dental as a Manager of Corporate Purchasing & Contracts. Scott then worked at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Sourcing Group Manager specializing in Software AppDev procurement and outsourced IT services. Scott then joined Citizens Bank as a Senior Sourcing Group Manager, where they closely collaborated with the HR department on sourcing and contracting activities for HR employee benefits and compensation.
