Kimberly Russell

Kimberly Russell has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of ETF Markets Advocacy at State Street Global Advisors since September 2017. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at Barclays Investment Bank for nearly a decade, holding positions such as Director of Equities Market Structure and Electronic Product, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President in Equities Market Structure. Earlier career experiences include an analyst position focused on Global Market Structure at Lehman Brothers and a summer analyst role in the Global Real Estate Group. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, earned in 2008.
