Michael McIlravy

Michael McIlravy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and military leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Eastern Divisional Sales Director for the US SPDR business at State Street Global Advisors since September 2018, Michael leads the distribution of SPDR ETFs and State Street solutions to Private Wealth Financial Advisors. With a background in ETF consulting within State Street's Intermediary Business Group since July 2011, Michael focuses on developing relationships with RIAs and Family Offices in the Southeast. Additionally, as a United States Naval Officer (Commander) in the U.S. Navy Reserve since December 2010, Michael contributes to ethical leadership training. Prior military roles include serving as an instructor and operations officer in the United States Navy, where Michael led various initiatives and training programs. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Asset Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
