Paulina Chhabra has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Managing Counsel and Head of EMEA Institutional Product Legal and EMEA and APAC Cash Legal at State Street Global Advisors since June 2011. In this role, Paulina provides legal advice on UCITS and non-UCITS fund structures, governance, regulatory developments, and marketing rules, while also acting as lead counsel for French, Irish, and Luxembourg domiciled funds. Prior to this, Paulina was an Associate in the Private Equity department at Arendt & Medernach, focusing on fund structuring and corporate documentation. Paulina's early experience includes an internship at the European Parliament, concentrating on EU internal market policies and environmental law. Paulina holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School and a Master 1 in Law from University Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne.
