Andy Todd is the Chair of the Pension Trustee Board for the State Street UK Pension Scheme and serves as an Independent Professional Observer for the Scottish Borders Council Pension Fund. Previously, Andy held various roles at State Street from 2018 to 2021, including Head of Asset Owner Sector Solutions UK and Chair of the Board of Trustees. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Relationship Manager at Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2003. Andy earned a degree from Edinburgh Napier University, focusing on Banking and Investment through the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
