Christopher Lew

Christopher Lew is a scholar, soldier, intelligence professional, and consultant who currently serves as the President and Founder of Water Dragons Consulting LLC and the Executive Director for International Programs Development at the University of Maryland University College. They have held academic roles as an Adjunct Professor at The Institute of World Politics and previously taught various courses on Asian studies. Christopher's extensive experience includes positions with the United States Department of Defense as a Senior Analyst, Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, and Mandiant as a Principal Threat Analyst. They completed a Ph.D. and M.A. in History at the University of Pennsylvania and hold certifications in Security+ and Supply Chain Management. Christopher served in the United States Army Reserve from 1995 to 2023.
