Frank Stroscio

Frank Stroscio has over 30 years of experience in project management, currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Project Manager at State Street Bank since April 2000. Responsibilities include managing hardware and software upgrades, implementing new applications for Corporate Security, Global Security, and Business Continuity departments, and overseeing identity management and user provisioning. Prior to this role, Frank worked at Putnam Investments from June 1990 to April 2000 as a Project Manager, focusing on maintaining and enhancing applications written in dBase III/Firefox and serving as a Lotus Notes Administrator. Frank holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Management, both from Rhode Island College.
