Lee Webb currently serves as a Senior Vice President at State Street, focusing on resiliency transformation, intelligence, design, and the development of a resiliency testing centre of excellence. Prior to this role, Lee co-chaired the Cross Market Operational Resilience Group (CMORG) and was the Group Head of Operational Resilience at Aviva, where the implementation of a group-wide resilience transformation programme was key. Earlier in the career, Lee held several leadership positions at Barclays, including Director and Head of Crisis Management, responsible for transforming the organization from business recovery to operational resilience, and Head of BCM Operations, focusing on vendor management and resilience education. Additionally, Lee was Head of Business Continuity for the UK and Europe at Prudential Assurance from January 2002 to January 2004.
