Mark Dunphy

Mark Dunphy has held various positions in the technology and security sectors, beginning as a Barman at Dunphy's Bar from January 2000 to June 2011. Afterward, Mark worked as a Technical Support specialist at Glanbia from September 2011 to March 2013. In January 2009, Mark was a Student Software Test Engineer at Lionbridge Technologies, where software testing was performed within a team and under strict deadlines. Subsequently, Mark joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, serving in multiple roles, including Cyber Application Security Consultant, Information Security Officer, and Cyber Defense Analyst from April 2016 to January 2019, focusing on developing and implementing standard operating procedures for information security operations. Currently, Mark is the EMEA/APJ Cyber Defense Center Manager at State Street since August 2022, having previously held the positions of Business Information Security Consultant and Senior Security Operations Optimization Analyst. Mark holds a degree in Multimedia and Computer Games Development from the University of Limerick, completed in 2010.
