Martin Ma is an experienced professional in client services and operations, currently serving as Vice President Client Services at State Street since October 2015, overseeing client relationships and operations in Melbourne. Previous roles include positions as AVP - Client Service Manager and AVP - First Line of Defence within the Leadership Development Program, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and conducting bank-wide assurance reviews. Prior to this, Martin held various roles at State Street Global Markets, including Client Relationship Management for securities lending in the Asia Pacific region, while supporting trading desks and providing fund accounting services.
