Patrick Petrillo

Patrick Petrillo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as Senior VP at State Street since February 2011, Patrick has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Workforce Analytics, Head of HR Technology, and Head of Executive & Corporate Compensation. Prior to State Street, Patrick's career included positions at Hewlett-Packard as Vice President, Head of Executive & Equity Compensation, and at Farient Advisors as Vice President, Executive Compensation Consultant. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Charles Schwab, UBS, CIBC, and Goldman Sachs. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Art in Human Relations from High Point University.
