Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a customer-focused IT professional with over 20 years of experience in IT support and more than 12 years in Problem Management. They have held various roles including Problem Analyst at BT Global Services and Problem Manager at YouView TV Limited and Capita. Currently, Paul serves as a Problem Manager VP at State Street, building on their extensive background in high-pressure environments and excellent communication skills. Smith holds a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of the West of England, as well as a Foundation in Electronic and Mechanical Engineering from the City of Bath College.
