Raphaël Mashal

Raphaël Mashal currently serves as the DRH at State Street France, where their leadership purpose is to foster an environment where team members can thrive. Previously, they held various roles in labor law and social affairs at companies such as ING Bank France and CGI, where they managed employee relations and crisis situations. Raphaël earned a Master’s degree in social law and a License in law and political science, building a strong foundation for their expertise in human resources and labor relations.
