Robert Cook

Robert Cook is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fund management and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President in the Responsible Entity Office at State Street Global Advisors since September 2014, Robert oversees fund outsource providers, governance, compliance, and regulatory oversight of Exchange Traded Funds and unlisted unit trusts. Prior experience includes roles such as contractor at State Street Services Australia, project manager in residential property development, head of accounting at SFG Australia, and head of fund accounting at RBC Dexia Investor Services, among others. Robert holds an MBA from Deakin University, is a CPA, and earned a BCom in Accounting from UNSW.
