Tim Colligan is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Data Governance and Vice President at State Street, and as Co-Founder and CEO of Vertical Unity since April 2025. Previously, Tim founded and led StarSpring Consulting, an IT consultancy focused on developing transformative enterprise solutions for various industries, from 2006 until June 2025. Additionally, Tim held the position of Chief Information Officer at AJA International from 2021 to 2025, where efforts were concentrated on optimizing IT performance and enhancing data integrity. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has pursued professional development through Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Plymouth, MA.
