Nikita Sharma

Nikita Sharma is an experienced professional in human resources with over a decade of diverse experience. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at The State Trading Corporation of India Ltd since August 2016, Nikita has previously held the position of Assistant Manager. Prior to this role, experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Nucleus Software Exports Limited and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and partnering for biologics development. Early career achievements include an HR Trainee position at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd, focused on evaluating training effectiveness, and a summer internship at NTPC that involved benchmarking and redesigning performance management systems. Nikita holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lucknow.
