Lou Saunders

Lou Saunders is an accomplished Software Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at State Trustees, Lou provides thought leadership and strategic guidance in software testing methodologies while collaborating with development leaders to improve the Software Development Lifecycle. Previous roles include Senior Test Analyst at National Hearing Care and Test Manager at QuantumIT, where Lou demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, database management proficiency, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. Lou is well-versed in developing and executing test scripts across various testing stages, with a focus on introducing process improvements and mentoring teams throughout the testing process. Lou holds a Diploma of Systems Technology from SPHERION EDUCATION and a degree from RMIT University.
