Emily Puthoff is an accomplished artist and educator with extensive experience in the fields of sculpture and community engagement. As a Co-Founder of Hudson Valley Bee Habitat since June 2016, Puthoff has dedicated efforts to environmental initiatives. Additionally, Puthoff has been an Associate Professor at SUNY New Paltz since August 2003, serving as the Co-Head of the Sculpture Program. Previous roles include Artist in Residence and Teacher in Tempe Public Schools and at-risk youth programs in Chicago through Gallery 37. Puthoff holds an MFA in Sculpture from Arizona State University and a BFA in sculpture and printmaking from Ohio University, along with fellowships from the Good Work Institute and National Arts Strategies.
