Felcy Gabriel

Felcy Gabriel is a software developer and project manager who has been with the State University System of Florida since August 2017. In their current role as Director of Applications, they oversee the development and maintenance of software applications for the Board of Governors and the 12 state universities.

Previously, Felcy served as System Project Consultant, during which time they developed software that automated the 5-year Educational Plant Survey process. Felcy was also responsible for gathering requirements from clients, designing applications, and developing prototypes. Felcy was able to complete the project ahead of schedule and received excellent reviews from clients.

Felcy has a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, which has resulted in their developing strong client relationships throughout their career. Felcy is an innovative problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
