Alyssa Nance

Alyssa Nance (Ludema), CLU, has been with State Farm since September 2009, currently serving as the Field Implementation Team Manager, where responsibilities include leading a coaching team to enhance technical and business proficiency and driving sustainable behavior changes among agents. Previous roles at State Farm include Field Marketing Enablement Analyst, Senior Agency Field Specialist, and Marketing Coordinator & Licensed Insurance Agent, demonstrating versatility in insurance sales and marketing. Coaching experience includes Head Swim Coach positions for both Grand Rapids Christian High School and East Grand Rapids Aquatics, along with leadership in Business Network International as Education Coordinator and president. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Communications from Calvin University, and earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College of Financial Services.
