Clark Brooks

Clark Brooks possesses extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Technology Director at State Farm® since March 2008. In this role, Clark leads the implementation of a new operating model for the Enterprise Technology Department, adapting strategies in response to the pandemic. Previously, as Director, Clark focused on maturing a department integrating business and IT solutions, while earlier positions included Operations Manager overseeing significant underwriting divisions and managing large teams with substantial budgets. With a career at State Farm dating back to 1984, Clark has held various leadership roles including Fire Claims Manager and Division Manager, demonstrating a strong background in claims management and operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UW Foster School of Business and multiple insurance designations from The American College and the Insurance Institute of America.
