Cynthia Mills

Cynthia Mills, LUTC, CLU, has an extensive career with State Farm, starting as a Fire Claims Representative in December 1995 and progressing through various roles, including Insurance Agent, Agency Field Specialist, and Agency Field Consultant before becoming a Sales Leader in February 2010. Cynthia is dedicated to helping individuals make a positive impact in their communities. Prior to joining State Farm, experience includes serving as a Group Supervisor at Yolo County Probation Department from June 1991 to December 1995. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis, earned between 1989 and 1993.
