Doug Quinn

Doug Quinn, CPCU, CLU, has extensive experience in claims management and insurance fraud investigation, with a career at State Farm spanning over a decade. From June 2014 to July 2015, Doug served as a Leadership Development Section Manager in Claim Technology Automation, leading a team of approximately 50 members to enhance claim processes and facilitate the transition of over 500 associates into new roles. Doug progressed to overseeing bodily injury claims as a Claim Section Manager for Arizona and Alaska, managing a caseload of over 9,000 claims. In subsequent roles, including Team Manager for the Special Investigative Unit and Section Manager for Operations, Doug led a team of 70 in combating insurance fraud, resulting in the investigation of over 90,000 potentially fraudulent claims. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
