Elisabeth Beck

Elisabeth Beck possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as an HR Leader in Executive Development and Succession at State Farm since August 2013, with previous roles including Learning Manager and Leadership Development Associate. Prior to this, Elisabeth worked in the educational sector as a Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher at East Peoria Community High School from August 2009 to August 2013. Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education, both from Illinois State University.
